Art and design is an ongoing passion of mine, leading me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from University of Colorado at Boulder. Spending a summer in Italy confirmed my love of the craftsmanship and beauty of historic structures and interior spaces. I chose to continue my education and pursue my Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
I've been in the field for over 7 years, with experience in Workplace, Hospitality, Multi-Family, Residential, Aviation, and Civic projects. Project responsibilities have included concept development, 3D modeling, Revit and CAD drafting of construction documents, FF&E selection and specification, material selections, design presentations, budgeting, construction administration, and project management.
Travel and culture has been a continual source of inspiration, and has taught me to use each experience as a learning opportunity, from which to become a more informed designer. What I love most about design is the ability of space to influence human experience. Each project offers a process based in exploration. My job as a designer is to ultimately bring these ideas to life as a means of enriching the lives of others.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring the outdoors.
