18th & Market will be a mixed-use multifamily development located in Lower Downtown Denver, with 302 units for rent. Amenity spaces include a community lounge, coffee bar, break-out work hubs, game lounge, pool and outdoor lounge space, bike workshop and repair station, dog wash and dog-walk, fitness center, and ground floor retail/restaurant spaces.
The site lies on what once was Denver’s Holladay Street. The design embraces the social club scene that filled the streets during Denver’s hay day. The classic principles and elements of traditional brasserie architecture are carried throughout the space with a twist of grit to speak to modern day LoDo.
